1. The 48-Hour Guarantee

Every direct purchase made through our site is fully protected by our 48-Hour Guarantee. If JW Digital determines we cannot fulfill your order, or if we fail to confirm project scope with you within 48 hours of purchase, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.

2. Scope of Work & Revisions

Our flat-rate engagements are built on precision and momentum. To ensure projects do not fall into endless revision cycles:

• Web Design: Includes one initial build and two (2) consolidated rounds of revisions prior to launch.
• Branding: Includes two (2) distinct concept options and two (2) rounds of refinement on the chosen concept.
• Additional revisions outside this scope will be billed at an hourly rate, subject to client approval prior to execution.

3. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

JW Digital provides custom brand identities and logos intended for immediate commercial use. Upon full payment and project handover, you own the rights to use the delivered assets. However, because our design process may utilize a combination of custom design, open-source elements, and third-party creative tools, we do not guarantee that the final deliverables are eligible for exclusive trademark registration with the USPTO. Clients seeking to officially trademark a logo should consult with an intellectual property attorney before engaging our services.

4. Client Delays & The "Ghost Clause"

Our timelines rely on prompt communication. If a project is paused, delayed, or if feedback is withheld by the client for more than thirty (30) days, the project will be officially placed on hold. Resuming work will require a $150 reactivation fee.

If a project is completely abandoned without communication for ninety (90) days, the engagement will be considered terminated and no refunds will be issued.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Outside of our 48-Hour Guarantee, all payments are final and non-refundable once the build process has begun. Because we reserve schedule capacity and allocate time exclusively to your business, we cannot issue refunds for projects cancelled mid-build.
